Payment Methods
Payment of registration fees (EURO) can be made as follows:
Please ensure that the name of the participant is stated on the transaction draft.
Please note that there is €40 handling fee.
Bank charges are the responsibility of the payer and should be paid in addition to the registration fees.
Cancellation Policy
- Up to 90 days prior to arrival – Full refund less €50 handling fee
- Up to 60 days prior to arrival – 70% refund less €50 handling fee
- Less than 60 days prior to arrival – No refund
